Edit: While I wouldn’t come back or probably go as far as to drive >4 hrs anywhere to get Botox again, I do appreciate the experience. I was also refunded the Groupon after the touch-up session, but I think I left a bit bothered that there wasn’t much clarification about the touch-up and that I even made that drive again. I initially assumed it would be maybe 3 hours not over 4. I was also thinking it was free to fix any areas missed since nothing was stated otherwise and had mentioned it being a drive but then being told to make a touch-up appointment.. but honestly I was contemplating making the drive period, that part just made me feel crazy for making the drive and then paying because all things considered I should have seen the local business as that would’ve been much more efficient on time & such. While I wish I was told that prior because any time I’ve had a touch-up the first was free- I understand that each injector is typically diff and I can appreciate the first 4 units being free. All in all really posh place and having snacks & drinks for clientele has always been a plus in my book.

Not a fan of being called the night before and told the service isn’t available anymore. Also, feel like Groupons for this should list the areas targeted. Because I called within the three day window and didn’t get a call until after.. Groupon only gives a three day window to get a refund… so both of those combined and hearing it’s $12 a unit when it’s $8 where I am and that’s a two hour drive one-way just turned me off of this place....more
